HELP TO BUY VALUATIONS

Bespoke 'Target compliant' Reports. If you bought your home using the 'Help to Buy' Scheme you will require an RICS Regulated Valuation if you choose to pay off the loan, remortgage, or when selling the property. The valuation is to determine the current market valuation to establish the amount of the loan to be repaid.

HOME BUYER/CONDITION SURVEY

A survey report format designed to reflect the condition of a traditional property that is more modern, of standard construction and not too big or complicated.

Includes many features not found in other, similarly priced surveys, such as:-

INDEPENDENT VALUATION REPORT

A specific report on Valuation only. There are many reasons why you might need an independent valuation of a property, such as right to buy, staircasing, matrimonial and probate matters.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's)

Whether selling or letting out your property it is a legal requirement to have an energy assessment (EPC) completed on your property. We can provide a fast and efficient service to ensure you are compliant before marketing or renting your property.
